3. The search for property
When you're looking for a property, you have many options:
Online search
Door-to-door research
Searching with the help of an agent or a real estate agency
4. The price of the property
There are a few factors that can justify the price of a property such as:
Its location
Condition of the rental property
The number of parts
Materials included for rental (furnished or unfurnished)
5. Condition report
You can check out the premises we want to rent with a few photos, such as:
Checking the floor, walls (paint), toilet, windows and ceiling, not forgetting the electrical and plumbing installations.

6. Agreement of the parties and signature of the Contract
If the Lessor agrees with the interested party to rent the premises, then this is concluded with the signing of a rental agreement. The keys are then handed over, and the new tenant can move in.
N.B.: This contract will then be registered by the lessor at the collection office of the Centre des services fiscaux within one month of signature of the act.
The tenant will obtain a copy of the registered contract as he or she will need this document for the electricity subscription with the Senelecwater supply from SDE, wifi installation from Orange.
